License help (Keep / Lifetime / Founder Pro / credits)

Check your inbox (and spam) for an email from OfficeGardener with your license code.
Open PlantFluent (browser or installed PWA).
Go to Unlock / License (or Settings → License).
Paste the code and confirm.

Still stuck? Email kyle@brodeur.me with the purchase email and approximate time of payment. Do not post license codes publicly.

Stripe purchases: Paid on the web via Stripe Payment Links.
Refunds: See Terms — email within 14 days of purchase.

Android closed beta help

You must opt in on the Google Play closed-test page (invite alone is not enough).
Install from Play, try a few IDs + a journal note.
Stay opted in 14 continuous days to earn a free Keep license (~25 hosted IDs).
Opting out early resets eligibility — no Keep.

Credits and hosted ID

Keep includes ~25 starter hosted IDs. When you hit zero, buy credit packs ($5 / 40 or $12 / 120). Credits do not expire. See Pricing.

Delete your data

On-device journal	Delete entries in-app, or uninstall the app / clear site data for the PWA
License / purchase email on our side	Email kyle@brodeur.me with subject `DELETE DATA` and the email used at checkout
Future Pro / cloud account (when it exists)	In-app Delete account, or email from that address with subject `DELETE ACCOUNT` (target ≤30 days)

We may retain records required for taxes, fraud, or legal compliance.

Refunds (paid)

Email kyle@brodeur.me within 14 days of purchase. Include purchase email and date.
Beta Keep grants are free (earned) — not a refund case.
